Scope of Services:

Our company specializes in providing software design, development, and consultancy services including but not limited to cloud computing, AI & machine learning solutions, IoT solutions, quality assurance & testing services, DevOps services, e-commerce solutions, and enterprise software development.

Engagement:

By engaging our services, clients agree to provide necessary information, access, and resources required for the successful execution of the project. Any delays or hindrances caused by the client may impact project timelines and deliverables.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights associated with the software developed during the engagement shall belong to the client upon full payment of the agreed fees. Our company retains the right to reuse general methodologies, algorithms, and non-client-specific components developed during the project for future endeavors.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, and technical details pertaining to the project.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. Invoices are payable within the agreed upon timeframe. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Liability:

Our company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the software developed, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Termination:

Either party reserves the right to terminate the engagement in writing with reasonable notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date as per the agreed terms.

Governing Law:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction.
